Summer Of Love is up for adoption! (Name, Gender, and Power can be edited after winning)
Just leave a comment explaining why their magic is gold (third eye) and what they can do with it! Keep in mind that Butterfly Imps are nature spirits, and they tend towards impish mischievous behavior. I'll pick the winner on Monday!
Standing at between 28" - 45" tall, weighing in at between 25 - 40lbs, the Butterfly Imp comes in a multitude of colors and markings. The one constant is the bone mask with it's 3rd eye socket. This eye is a separate; complementary; color to its main markings and glows while the Imp is doing magic. The two main eyes will be a lighter shade to the rest of its markings. The pupils on the main eyes change shape with strong emotion: oval in anger, round in fear, and hearts when feeling amorous. The paw pads will be a shade similar to its magic & 3rd eye.
Each individual will have between 3 - 9 colors in its palette:
1: The Mask color
2: Main Eyes color
3-5: Marking colors
7: Third Eye color
9: Paw Pad color
The reference shows an Imp with five colors:
1 The Mask
2 Main Body
3 Eyes and Markings
4 Mane and Markings
5 3rd eye and Magic Markings (one arm stripe, and the middle tail stripe)
There are no colors the Imp does not come in, but very pale main fur is a rarity, and the general color palettes skew to earth tones and deeper floral shades. If it can be found in nature, it's fair game for your Imps! The lightest color will ALWAYS be the bone mask, and it should remain a pastel color!

The Butterfly Imp is inspired by skulldogs/dinodogs/skullcreatures, semi-feral fursuits, stuffed animals, the Imp from Strange Magic, and my need for a potential streaming character! These are now an open species~ Feel free to download or screenshot the template and make your own. If you do choose to create your own Imp, please link back to this info page and/or credit me for the lineart. Thanks!
