Zombies, Apathy, and Chinese Food - Chapter 1 (Revised)

Some of you may or may not remember when I first uploaded the original version of this. It was over a year ago.
While I was going through old documents on my computer I found a few little notes for the second chapter of this. I had always intended there to be a second chapter. So, today, with nothing else to do, I set about writing the second chapter. I actually finished it.
There were just two problems:
One, the first chapter is very old and nobody would remember it.
Two, it was poorly written anyway.
So, I revisited this chapter and improved what I could. It's not a whole lot different, but it is a bit better, a bit less clumsy.
