I really like the way I made this one. After I finished making my other character Milotic was the pokemon that came to my mind next I don't why but I find Milotic to be very beautiful sooooo I decided to create one for the PCA. Hope you guys like her^^

Celia wasn’t always a Milotic she was original a Feebas when she was a child.

When she started growing into her pre teen years that’s when she became a Milotic just like her mother. Her older started out as a Swablu and just like her younger sister she became an Altaria just like her father. As when the day Celia began the day as a Milotic is when the boys were “attracted” to her.

She joined the PCA to protect herself from the boys who were “attracted” to her by using the moves she learned. However there one particular boy named Tate Tigernán she was comfortable with. She didn’t know why but when she hung around him she felt comfortable. Tate didn’t have any problems with that either. She sometimes even shows a liking to him but tries her best not to show it.
