Say hi to Junk, the protogen! A bit inspired by Junkrat from Overwatch.
Name: Junk
Pronouns: they/them
Story: While protogens are commonly known to be made to be soldiers, some of them get the label "DO" (defected but operational; there's also DnO that stands for defected and non-operational) and those end up assigned for general labour work. Junk is assigned to work with waste sorting. While they work hard everyday and follow the rules, deep inside they feel like they are much more than that. Perhaps destiny has bigger plans for the little trash worker protogen?
(This story has nothing to do with the origin story of protogens. I made this up myself.)
