Another fanart of my beloved games.
This time Spamton Neo, made with coloured pencils and a black fineliner and black permanent marker for bigger areas.
Used his sprite as a bit reference because I still quite haven't saved his design in my memory completely.
Also, like the last Sans fanart, I edited it a bit in Pixlr for better colours, contrast and stuff, because I can't scan them at the moment and my lighting conditions are crap.
