Fatigue is common in Fibro, but I don't like it at all. I don't like how this can be so shitty.
I used to be active, weight train and was trying to eventually build up muscle so I could do deadlifting.
But, injuries, meds, fibro, chronic pain and doctors banning me from simple lifting now.
Its hard going from having that physical strength, to everything you know be flipped and turned inside out.
I'm tired, lol, i'll be fine. <3
