I think you need some Bruce Lee in your life hehe
Art is art, for the person liking it it doesn't need to be done by Van Gogh or Picasso etc just has to look nice and give a good feeling!

I feel that. I thought that way all my life. But as of the last few months i have been slowly changing my views. It is a hard road but it helps to try and stay positive even when your mind goes to a bad place. I hope you can see more positivity in your life as you go tho!

I haven't had the greatest time growing up either. Different events. Different Ptsd problems etc. I won't get into mine. .
But I do hope and wish you well for your future. ^^ I understand your flashbacks/nightmares etc are mainly causing the issues now. But most you can do is keep dealing with the problems and when the problems arnt bothering you take a moment to breath and attempt to move forward. Sometimes you wont be able to. But that is okay.

I actually have had no treatment, I personally refuse to get help because i do not trust the doctors. But thats how i have been as a kid. I can't shake that sadly.
I am. . . Oddly good at hiding everything, including my feelings, emotions etc.
I look normal to everyone. But i am so numb to everything that i just don't care anymore. I am trying to live my life.
Even if i have to wear a mask and act happy.
I got whats called a Resting Bit*h face lol. So I always look unhappy when i'm just actually neutral. *shrugs* I am just trying to move on. Which if i can get out of the situation i am in rn and move on i will be more happy then i am rn.
But this is life sadly. This is how it goes till we change our path that leads into out future. Will get there eventually or not at all. It depends on what you do with it.
