At the beginning, I was not for this movement, finding that once again, it was a bunch of idiots who demonstrate for the wrong reasons, who should demonstrate for a better quality of their work, a better salary and to be unionized, but seeing that despite having a minority of white supremasists and neo-Nazis, the protest did not escalate.

Unfortunately, as I knew Trudeau, he preferred to put all the demonstrators in the same category as the extremist minority and did not want to negotiate. For me, this is a bad idea and it will encourage more people to protest and become more aggressive.

I myself am fed up with this health situation, especially since in 2 years, our governments have done nothing to improve the health system and have offered nothing new to help us live with the disease. virus, apart from closing again and again the store, restaurant, bar, gym, cinema, wanting to create a health tax for the non-vaccinated and wanting to expand the vaccine passport even more to a broader level so as not to be able to have freedom. 2 years that I respect the health instructions, but do not see anything that changes. This is not how we are going to convince people to get vaccinated and even with that, there will always be a small minority who will not want to get vaccinated.
We will have to stop attacking them and think about improving the health situation or risk going towards a social war.

I want us to continue to follow certain health instructions, but I would like us to stop playing yoyo, closing everything and stop wanting to impose too many laws, but start proposing to other more intelligent and non-binding solutions. Especially since I need to be vaccinated, having a system weakened by a treatment that I receive for my illness. For me, it is important, but the discourse of our governments does not encourage people less and less to get vaccinated and leaves room for emotions in both clans. Emotions can become an explosive cocktail that can quickly degenerate, like what happened on January 6, 2021. So our governments will have to wake up, but I fear they will never wake up, like Cthulhu who continues to dream . X'D

As I told somebody else, if you think this isn't important or a good cause that calls for protesting, that is far more dangerous than covid itself. Truckers barely interact with other people so a vax mandate is unnecessary. So if you're fed up with this then you should be pro trucker.

In a free society you shouldn't have to be mandated to do anything regarding your own personal health or bribed as some folks are trying to push, mandates aren't even laws so the only way they can enforce it is through extortion or actual physical coercion which at that point proves that this isn't about public health. If you're sick then stay home, it's that simple, it's that easy, doesn't require the government.

I genuinely think there are a lot of plants at these rallies. People who are either sent by some governing body or are weirdos online who need to get their dopamine fix by causing trouble and getting e-fame.

Here in PL we have a guy who got caught on CCTV camera while setting a vaccination tent on fire in one town last year. Months passing, and he's still roaming free - people are wondering if it's because finding him is THAT hard, or because... you know, it wouldn't be nice to arrest someone for stuff you ordered them to do ;D

The truckers movement is such a power play, cause when people can't get their shit, including the politicians, they have no choice but to give into their demands and they're such simple demands too, these politicians have no reason to be against their cause UNLESS they're against it for other, more dubious reasons, in that case that just shows they need to be removed from office IMMEDIATELY.
