I imagine that it was perhaps not entirely a surprise for Evan after how much appreciation there was for his birthday that Charlie would want to return the favour. I imagine that The Ten-Tickles though will probably be put to use again and that there will be a further ticklish surprise for Charlie when his birthday comes around.
Maybe Charlie will be nice enough to save some of the birthday cake for Evan until the end of the day, maybe with a few last armpit or toe tickles.
