I mean we have restaurants that cater to specific cultures in our world. There's also restaurants which are almost entirely meat, like BBQ, and there's also vegetarian/vegan restaurants.
I guess in an integrated society like you have cross-cultural ones would be more of the norm, those would probably be more of the big chains, but I could see a few successful single-culture chains, like ones made for aquatics.

Would be interesting to consider what fast food equivalents Roeans would have as I imagine there's been quite a variety of cross cultural and interspecies exchange and inspiration over the centuries.
