So I was told this was meant as a followup to Adventure Awaits!, which would definitely explain why Phyress is looking so groggy haha, she's probably playing the "maybe if I'm being annoying enough, she'll let me go back to sleep"
But poor Phyress, she forgets one thing. She's hanging out with an energy bomb of a dragon, so even if she's being low energy herself, Celina has more than enough energy for the two of them!
Plus, let's be honest here, if you already woke up and got out of bed in the morning, if you try to go back to sleep later, it's just not the same. You're not as comfortable, so might as well just stop trying!
Maybe next time don't agree to adventures if you're not ready for it, you grumpy bush on fire!
I wonder where they're off to! Potentially they're going to visit some friends or just go chasing butterflies! I'm sure Phyress will accept she ain't wiggling out of this one though, and just drop the act :'D
Absolutely love this piece! It's super pretty and I just adore how both of the beans are drawn and depicted, it's the perfect follow up! Celina might have won the first round, but Phyress isn't going to give in that easily, the stubborn lil' shit!
the background is beautiful and I really like how it's transitioning from open fields to a forest, with the mountains way off in the distance, gives me feelings of exploration, which is exactly what these two nerds are going to be doing <:
