A mysterious being who appears before Tails and Copter, warning them of impending doom. No one knows who he is or where he came from, but his predictions are usually stopped by his own interference. What does he want? Does he want to save the world? Or is he himself trying to bring about this doom? The answers will be revealed in a later story.
