Belabelle wearing the memesuit, tbh idk how a one-piece would work with bat wings, but I don't know very much about very much! I'm guessing the design of the suit is meant to mimic a bikini while functioning as a one-piece, with the bonus of not requiring any strings. It definitely doesn't seem like it'd be comfortable wet or dry, but of course comfort isn't the primary concern of the designers of such things as thissy grissy.
