A great new dish from

1 pack chicken breast strips
unsweetened greek yogurt
they say a spoonful of nutmeg but i used mace
juice of 2 lemons
few ground bay leaves
one pinch of ground caraway seed
1 can tomato paste
olive oil (infused is ideal)
black pepper
tiny pinch of garam masala
tiny pinch of tandoori spice
the yogurt, chicken, tomato paste, and lemons with the nutmeg are combined in a plastic bag and left to marinade, anywhere from a few hours to a day but no more or the chicken breaks down and wont hang on the stick
remove and sprinkle with the remaining seasonings and then olive oil while on skewers, grill, enjoy
From Chris: Depending on how large the chicken breast strips are - they won't really wont take all that long to cook on a grill / fireplace. 5-6 minutes would be about enough, and the charred bits make it taste even better :B
