I have used Zambuka's free canine lineart and created one for a bear! All credit goes to Zambuka really, so please refer to their post for guidelines to using their art (basically, just keep the watermark on it) : https://www.furaffinity.net/view/10384501/ .
I found that there weren't a whole lot of linearts readily available for bears that didn't look more on the feral side of things, like a non-anthro bear balancing on its hind legs, so after creating my own 'sona I thought I may as well post this here in case somebody else faces a similar challenge.
