Lucille Withington, or LuLu for short is a first year college freshman of Woodside University, and the second captain for the Woodside University beaver track team. Lucille grew up in the city area that was a few miles from the University. Her family runs a clothing shop known as "Withington clothing" her family been selling clothing for many generation, and they done their best to keep up with the new style. Lulu is the youngest daughter of the family, so doesn't done that much to help, except continue with her studies, and not get into trouble like her older sister. In high school, Lulu is pretty good with her school work, but the same time have some issue with minor things do being a bit ditzy at times. She understand certain things going on, but round up being use by someone that willing to get her in trouble. Her older sister, Francine or Frankie for short, always make sure to protect her sister from any kind of trouble. After high school, Lulu join the Woodside University after gaining a scholarship for track. Her older sister is a third year at the University, and the main captain of the track team. Lulu relief to have her older sister around, but the same time she want to make new friends at school. Lulu got a roommate with, Hana and already became good friends. Lulu tends to flirt with Hana in order prep herself for meeting someone cute. Lulu hangout with the other two gals next door, which happen to be her classmate at the University as well.
