'Subject Ruby Beak, more commonly known as 'Rub'Eak', is one of [REDACTED] individuals in possession of an experimental containment unit that serves as a long-term experiment of the rescaling of cosmic scale objects, having repurposed a Class 3 planet and put onto official records that it is used as penal colony that holds inmates that are deemed too dangerous to hold in even death row facilities and yet that death would be considered a mercy for them. Subject Ruby is the assigned warden of the penal colony, which is disguised as a common necklace for him to wear on his being at all times unless he is at his own personal residence. Subject Ruby does not reside alone, however, residing with Subject Sapphire and views him as a sibling, the other returning the sentiments, both of whom are to be called for duty whenever an inmate needs to be processed, with Subject Ruby handling the more dangerous inmates such as the former khan known as 'Athratic'.
Subject Ruby is in possession of not only the penal colony necklace, but also one of the only few devices that allows him to manipulate anything made of living and/or sentient metal, along with altering the stature of anyone and anything, all the way up to gas giant cosmic entities. Such use - while highly dissuaded by his superiors - is unfortunately frequent when it comes to Ruby and Sapphire, often using it on planets devoid of life outside of the scanning range of military installations to be personal stress relievers or comfort back at their home. Whether they return them to their original place or not is unclear, nor is it known if they have actually used the devices on normal citizens instead of inmates.'
So, now the warden birds that stemmed from my time in a few modded Stellaris runs have a bit of a visual guideline for 'em, at least Rub'Eak. Saph'Eak is roughly the same, just more blue colors for him instead of Rub's reds.
Fun fact; This was only supposed to be one image, of him with just the warden attire, but the artist is a bit of a friend and decided to throw in the casual and nude ones as a bonus.
