As we arrived at our tables, a small bounty of desserts and dinner rolls greeted us. I had never before dined at a place so fancy, that Dessert was served first. The theme seemed to be Raspberry Jam and Preserves, Cheesecakes, Parfaits, Three types of Chocolate Mousse, Fruit slices, and Puddings. (I wasn't fast enough to get the Tapioca I spied.) The Salad was mixed greens with fresh flowers, and copious Raspberry dressing. (A little tart, but it did compliment the salad greens.)

Lunch consisted if a half Chicken Breast, "Root" vegetables of carrots, parsnips, Asparagus, and mashed potatoes with Chicken Gravy. Satisfying, and filling, which kept our little "Party" well "Fueled" for the day's adventures. No Diet Cokes or soft drinks available, but the drinking water was so clear, clean and refreshing, that I enjoyed the experience immensely.
