This is....<b>definitely</b>...the most ridiculously wild hat I've ever made, and I make pretty wild hats to start with.
This is an Otakon commission, in which the request was to include the handlebar moustache and topknot braided ponytail of Street Fighter's Rufus character on a skin-colored hat. I added his eyes and eyebrows to make the hat look "complete."
The yellow fleece is a varigated shade which changes colors every few inches; in the braid, it makes it look like real hair...or as close as fleece can get to that XD
Fleece, polyfil, button thread, a teeny bit of hand-stitching, and clear nail polish to lock thread ends.
Rufus is not © to me.
