So back on more ball gowns. This time I did Winnie. Now this was based off a dress I drew her waaay back in 2018 during the first few times I drew her. I thought why not. So she has a rose bracelet, a blue diamond on her collar, a tiara, reddish make up on her eyes and yes that is a hotdog hanging on her tail tied to a string. Oh and she has onion rings for earrings! I have to say she is the most adorable in a ball gown yet.
