Team Rocket would try anything to get Pikachu! Even going as far as disguising Meowth as one... And the big pair of diapers underneath? Well, Pikachus have pretty wide bottoms, gotta achieve that look somehow!

Great piece. Like the sorta dull fade on it that makes it more anime-esque in a fashion, and the pikachu costume and Meowth's expression is just priceless!
Funny, way down the line, I imagined introducing Ash and Team Rocket into my stories, though I haven't been able to catch up with the series itself in a very long time. Since Meowth spends his time outside of a pokeball, he definetly would need to be diapered in 'this particular place', so there would have definetly been some material on that; ironically would give Jesse and James the perfect excuse to pad him up and it would, ironically, be following 'the law' heh.
But a Pikachu costume is like icing on the cake, though it seems more a onzie hehehe, which I don't doubt wouldn't be sold in stores. Could probably fool the humans, but smart Pokemon like Sol may see through it
Again, this is a great piece. Honestly Kurikia, your singular pieces are fantastic, you should do like a padded Pokemon comic at some point, would be terrific.
