Its finally finished :3 I was beginning to wonder, after everything that kept getting in my way, but I am damned proud of this. It took one awesome DJ to give me my art groove back :)
The dragon is me (Jaern) and the Brown Lugia is
Carcar who is awesome, a great friend, and has also helped me through a rough couple of months. He has more talent than some have in their little finger, and his music almost always makes me smile.
Sketch done in pencil, everything else completely in photoshop. Any Critique would be awesome, especially regarding the background/foreground.

That looks really freaking sweet. The only glaring thing I see is that a little bit of Karuso's waist on the right seems to have gotten accidentally chopped off.
Other than that, the colors look really bright, your shading is very well done, and your anatomy is kind of cartoony, yet still has a good sense of proportion to it. Awesome work indeed. ^.=.^

Oooops O_O I meant to fix that after I tinkered with the foreground to make it more manageable. But I forgot :/ I'll fix it when I have a few minutes. Thanks for pointing that out!
