I'll be honest, this was a brilliant dish from badintentions :3

Was just messing around and experimenting.
Serves: 1
Ingredients:
2-3 cutlets of Beef, Kangaroo or Lamb, depending on what you prefer. (For tonight, I chose Beef, but I'll use Kangaroo next time.)
Half a Cup of Baby Spinach
Half a Carrot (Grated)
One Teaspoon of Garlic for each Cutlet.
Method:
Heat a non-stick pan. Brown the cutlets on both sides for 20 seconds, then add Garlic on top, making sure it infuses with the meat.
Let that cook for 15-20 minutes on a high heat, making sure both sides are infused with garlic and are quite brown on each side.
While the meat is cooking, toss together baby spinach and carrot then set on the plate like a log. Add dressing of your choice on top. (I used Ranch dressing for this recipe.)
Once the meat has cooked, lay the cutlets on the side of the 'bed' of salad, sprinkle with Garlic and Lemon.
