Well, as you'd expect, Pina's little improv led to this result. And Bill as you can see is pretty much pissed. Guess some of the guys thought putting Pina through this would teach him.

He probably won't, being as shamelessly incorrigible as ever. I'd still come to his rescue and release him (only as much as he wants, at least not hanging upside down and getting a headache), but if he was in a kinky mood, I'd graciously oblige him with a loving heart.
