По себе знаю, что после ковида с желудком может быть непорядок недели три, но обычно это отсутствие аппетита. А вот тянущие ощущения чаще связаны с нервами, психосоматика. На начальном этапе, если не очень запущено, против этих спазмов помогает обычные успокаивающие средства вроде валерианы.
ну у меня уже болье полугода прошло после болезни... Нервы возможно, да, хотя кажется с чего мне щас...
Когда я хожу к психологу, она говорит что видит во мне много боли. Меня даже от этих слов чуть не разорвало, но до сих пор не могу распознать эту боль и понять что делать дальше.
