An anthro bald eagle sits on a tree branch to watch the sunset.
I had alot of fun with this when I drew it. It was quite a breakthrough during that time period in my artwork. It would look better if it was more even and had a little more detail, but it was still a breakthrough for me. I suck at drawing trees though. XD

Wow! This is beautiful, and very well done especially for your age at the time... You were like... 15? (I'm not a stalker xD I just remember you saying you're 17 now, I swear!)
This is also cool because when I first saw it, I didn't realize that the eagle was an anthro... I thought the legs were just part of the tree actually xD But it's really nice that you made it so the eagle looks realistic both as an anthro and non-anthro. Good job!
I also really like the way you depcited light and shadow here, how it pretty much replaces all of the lineart you can actually see here.
You have a great eye for detail I can tell... I'd love to see a more recent pic with elements like this (like another bird anthro! :D) and see the differences in details like the feathers and stuff.
