Founded several millenia ago as an attempt to stop the sensless wars that spanned across our galaxy, the Galactic Federation slowly grew into a vast, powerful and peace-keeping force that united many nations. Despite being cautious about approaching Earth at first due to the humans' nature, the alliance was formed when Centurions attacked the Blue planet in the year 2058. After the war ended, Earth was accepted as a new member of the Federation, as many other races and nations helped the humans to advance beyond the norm, both technologically and socially. After two decades, Earth became known for having one of the most powerful fleets in the galaxy and for being the first in long time to send the exploration probe into the uncharted regions of the galaxy. It also became known as the planet where new lifeform, technoorganics called Bionids, came to be.
