awesome sunset shot!

Thankyou :) i fiddled and messed around with the camera settings as i like to take a good 6-7 shots using different exposure settings etc and white balance too, this seemed to give the best of colours and brightness, the others were too bright/too dark :)

I actually prefer the tree and pole... Mostly because from an artistic point of view, it helps create a clearer setting. I get the feeling I'm actually standing where you stood, rather than in some unknown place with no reference point etc.

If that makes any sense....

To put it simpler: not including the tree and pole would ruin the down-to-earth feeling I'm getting right now!

hmm i think i understand what you mean, by having those items in place kind of frames the picture and makes it more believable? *wags* i have photographers luck mainly heh

you do have quite a nack for this ay, i love the sunset or rise glows that happen, realy nice to watch

cheeers :) it was good to watch the sunsets, that one was taken on a recent trip to the states which was also awesome and the sunset changed each minute :) was wonderful to watch .. sunrises are a bit of a problem as my duvet often gets heavy in the mornings ;)
