This is an extremely creative crossover idea.
Unlike the prior FNAF robotics which relied on occult science and children souls to make them semi-conscious and aggressive, the Glamrocks have fully sentient A.I. all on their own, traits well known in the megaman world and are also the prime target in Megaman's world for Dr. Wily to give them his Robot Master treatment....to give them advanced chassis, enhanced weapons, and hinder their positive traits while making them subservient to him and eager for battle.
Ironically, the Security Breach villains did the latter to the Glamrocks to track down Gregory and end him, even though most of them love kids normally.
I could easily see Freddy offering to be given an advanced chassis and a stun blaster from Dr. Light so he can rescue Gregory and try to stop and rescue his brainwashed friends.

I feel like this should continue to as a fan comic of FNAF x Megaman but also were Dr Wily creates more Robot Masters based from FNAF such as Glamrock Foxy, Glamrock Hippo, Giant DJ Man, Glamrock Bonnie and Sun & Moon Man for Megaman to face off following each of there abilities for Megaman to obtain after defeating them. As for Gregory and Glamrock Freddie I would think in an alternative ending they both escaped the Pizza Plex on a van he found only to end up in Mega City to the point were Freddie is losing power once again but eventually both of them meet up with Dr Light to were he fixes him with a major upgrade as a Robot Master.
