hehe yeah, thats the suns rays which was havoc to try take a pic of with a camera cause of the intense brightness

It could've been the intensity of the light effecting the sensor. It might've helped to draw the shade just enough to keep direct light off your back. If I was more of a wizard with The GIMP I could probably get rid of the yellow for you. Oh well, live and learn, eh? It's really not bad for a cell phone camera, those iPhones are actually pretty good!
