There's a wonderful picture in a local pub that has no signature, and no matter where I look online I can't find it. Even reverse image search reveals nothing useful. It's just a woman holding a fish. And the Fish looks kinda like he's having a good time while the woman looks more or less like she just wants to get it over with. In my Buckles and Sin comic, I wanted that painting in the restaurant, but obviously I wasn't about to use someone else's art to do it. So I made this, and put way more effort into it than I needed to. For those that are curious, my husband took a picture of the original, which I've uploaded here

If it's a local pub, it could be a local artist. I suspect you've already asked such, but perhaps patrons or employees may know how to point you in the right direction.
Also a long shot, but if the owner's okay with it and it's possible to, removing the image from the wall and examining the back may provide information too.
