This secret room, far underground in a cave inhabited by Myconids, can only be found by those who can hear the call from within. A large calcified mushroom stands near its center and stretches tall, blanketing the ceiling with its mushroom cap. The whole thing has a jagged gash down the center of its stem, nearly splitting the mushroom in half. Upon entering, the left half begins to glow a faint green, revealing spores that float gently above softly coloured innocent looking fungus. A new mushroom sprouts nearby on the ground as a presence reaches out with friendly greetings and kind words.
“Death is part of the cycle of renewal. That which has died will become a part of another. It connects us in life and beyond. And in this connectedness, we are one in the Meld. Will you accept the blessing of Psilofyr, The Carrion King?”
Before the offer can be accepted, the right side of the room lights in a ghoulish red, highlighting the spores buzzing around hostile and oozing fungus. Another mushroom grows alongside the first as a new presence pushes into your mind with a harsh tone and matter of fact attitude.
“Do not succumb to their weakness. Death is a tool to lay waste to your foes. Accepting my gift is to harness the power of death itself. Will you accept the blessing of Zuggtmoy, The Lady of Rot and Decay?”

A very fun and super impactful story beat for Rel in the campaign I'm playing. I really enjoyed this moment so I wanted to celebrate it with a nice piece of art.
