Mind if I have a few say on this?
Manic, along with other characters drawn "fat" by you, looks more inflated, full, or something. I would recommended looking at either images of fat people (BBW/SSBBW for example). I'll also recommend other fat artist on FA, or somewhere else, who are more experienced in that type of field.
Please understand that this is in no way mocking/insulting you; it's called criticism. Criticism is what helps people improve upon themselves. For example, when a little Wii game called No More Heroes was released in 2008, reviews had pointed out flaws which were later improved upon in the 2010 game No More Heroes 2.

Well criticism also applies to novels, manga, anime, comics, shows, art, and etc; not just video games who get this. And I can understand if that's the best you can do, that's why I'm giving you criticism; that way you can become better. If you're just drawing for fun, then I'm sorry for bothering you.
Also, I know you can do better through practice and learning; that's how I was able to improve over the years; my art was VERY different five or six years ago that it would be kind of shocking. All it takes is confidence, motivation, and positive thinking! :)
