Maybe not quite "Alien" if he's based on an Earthly creature, but I have been thinking of weird creature ideas and this guy is one of them.

His body is very much rubbery, and those arms and stretch and extend very far. The 'hands' can open up like nets, growing to a big size and snatching up anyone he's looking to hunt. After snagging and securing the prey, they are deposited into the pouch on his belly. The opening is not very big, but he can pack away some big critters in his pouch, where they get teased endlessly until he's ready to let them go <3
