Those GP30s are really scarce.. Most if not all of them have long been scrapped or are on shortlines.
I know of one which is on a shortline in Lake Charles Louisiana area. I think BNSF and CSX are the only ones who still have the few of these remaining which is remarkable given how older power is the first to go.
