I made this as a thank you to ~UmbreonTheWhovian for the birthday gift a while back, Basically I chose this OC because I like it as much as the pokemon and the bluish color makes its look beautiful and also I wanted to think about doing an OC about it but they discarded it later, I also liked several OCs like Serenate, Ruby(you know that I like it just like Dahila) and among others, and sorry for the delay but I have fulfilled what I would do,also thanks.
and to think that now I get along well with the drawings and followers in those past months and now I still feel that I don't know yet they don't know me much to think that I have met good friends and other things,They have also thanked me for my birthday ,they also thank me and make me feel happy.
