Decided to modify her design.
Sometimes when you're making toons you have to realize not to be too literal. At first I tried to make her whitewalls literal part of her tire-limbs, but that didn't do justice to the fancy aesthetic so I changed them to som fancy sleeves and skirts (I kinda suck at the detailing though, and there are mistakes in this drawing)
