◈ If payment is not received within 24hrs of claim, the design will be put back up for sale/adoption.
◈ Failure to provide payment three times will result in a blacklist from my sales.
◈ Do not use a design you haven't paid for. Do not alter the design without permission; accessories are fine.
◈ Do not claim a design as your own. Do not erase either signature.
◈ You are not allowed to sell the design for more than it was purchased for UNLESS it is accompanied by extra art.

OTHER:

◈ The process is as follows: dm or comment to claim, payment is required up front. I will then send you a link for the full resolution and un-watermarked version. You may ask for small edits ( eye color, changing sex, etc ) for free, but large edits or designing the other side will be for a fee ( usually half of the original sale price, varies based on complexity ). If you have another base you'd like the design transferred to, I can certainly do so, though it will be for a fee, the price of which depends on the design complexity.
◈ You may: Turn the character into an anthro or other species, including human, so long as credit for the original design remains. Feel free to use the design in whatever continuity you would like, on any site, with any group. Adding jewelry, tack or other accessories, or piercings to the design is fine. You may gift the design to someone else.
