Timothy Soro's younger sister was a case pretty much as special as him. Rosemary was born from a Filipino-Chinese fox mother and a German-American wolf father, but with her fur more saturated than that of her bigger brother. Like Timothy, she was born with the Todeswurm venom stuck in her genes, hence growing up a cute yet intimidating structure of a female bodybuilder. She was much friendlier, more energetic and less irritable than Timothy but also more naive and more prone to exhaustion, mainly due to her tendency to run from one to another often. Additionally, both Rosemary and Timothy had a taste for music, but she herself often carried with her acoustic guitar.

She spent her life living with her parents in the Philippines, studying for both elementary and high school until 2018. The very year was when her parents allowed her to move into the United States and live with her brother in a penthouse on top of his condo, in the Californian city of Santo Tomas.

She was preferably more keen to adapting modern, urban trends (such as drinking limited edition Frappuccino variations, tuning into new pop songs, following up popular dances, and so on) than Timothy. This was a very trait that helped the MALAKAS Project buy her attention. Around 2020, she had been aware that Timothy volunteered for a testosterone enhancement test run by his friend Christopher North, worked as an instructor for many recruits holed up in the mountain base, and made several promotions about the said project. In fact, she agreed to look over his condo while he was gone until the end of 2020. Unlike any other eye-catching trend however, she proved to be skeptical on this project, mainly because Timothy tried that out first, and she wanted to wait and see whether it worked out well for him or not. In comparison, she took attention to many new trends and took them upon herself, only because no one else in her family and friends had tried them out first.

Unfortunately, besides watching the promotional commercial that featured Timothy and his new changes, Rosemary could only be able to hear about the actual effects and benefits from actual recruits, honorably discharged. And having learned that Timothy would stay as an instructor in that mountain base for only a year, she would have to persuade her boyfriend Nathan Catsofast and his twin Nathaniel to join the MALAKAS Project, much to their hesitance. After a series of little smooches, they gave in.

Few months later, Rosemary got what she wanted to know. The Catsofast twins ended up as big and muscular as Timothy was shown back in the commercial. This could have convinced her to join the MALAKAS Project, but her security guard took word about it and persuaded her to keep waiting until Timothy returned home. That didn't stop her jealousy from being contained as several of her friends appeared big and muscular, one by one.

The night at the very late of December 2020 was the arrival of Timothy, back in his penthouse. And there Rosemary organized a welcome party, midway for the New Year celebration. She was very eager to learn more from him personally, as a closure before fully joining the MALAKAS Project. Once the party ended and everyone left, Timothy revealed to her that he had also carried a few dozen vials of muscle growth serum. He was willing inject her, given how long she had been waiting so as to help her keep in touch with the ongoing trend, but only should she wish with consent. Rosemary excitedly declined and asked him to bring her into the mountain base instead, so she could enjoy what life was like there. Timothy was surprised with her answer, only to learn from her that her friends had lively moments there besides the muscle growth experience. The brown fox laughed in realization and pride, and began telling about his experiences back in the mountain base.

A week later, Rosemary had set foot in the mountain base, where she was greeted by Chris. Besides an assignment to a regular bunker, Chris agreed to stay inside the mountain base for a year, as long as she followed the schedule diligently. She would also have to become an instructor for new recruits for the reminder of her time, once only she became a Super Soldier. Rosemary sealed the deal with a nod of agreement. Throughout her time from Recruit up to even a Juggernaut rank, she often carried around with her guitar, but its use evolved to become her trusty blunt weapon, with guitar strings as a bonus. She also became a more effective weapon hands-on.

As she was then tenured a mantle as a new instructor, she would spend a year training as many recruits as she could, while at the same time she could do whatever she wanted within the mountain base. Unfortunately for Chris, even if she was as smart as her older brother, she was naïve, less likely to grasp on anything she would stumble. She could be seductive but some of her targets (even Timothy and Chris) could possibly see way past that. The MALAKAS Project and its main operation site were rife with secrets, ranging from the higher-ups down to the genes affected by the Todeswarm toxin, but if Rosemary failed to take them seriously, then Chris would have a hard time finding a right substitute, someone very close to Timothy, someone who could handle secrets in the brown fox's absence.
