Now made of 98% more rubber!

Changes from last year:
1.) Hand spikes are now bendy rather than retractable. I haven't had a single dream where they were retractable, but several where they were bendy. Of course he can also melt them away if needed.
2.) Replaced bushy fox tail with traditional Lucario tail.
3.) Markings have smooth edges, no longer trying to appear fluffy at all times.
4.) Forehead purple diamond used to fill into a blank spot, now integrates into navy "mask" banding.
5.) While his chest can still be wonderfully fluffy, floof is no longer his default state.
