This is a present for my dear

Because he's my pokemon. And he's adorable. And he wrote me a Pokemon themed story! And because I adore him.
So, basically, this is a Kietcharisu. Kind of like a Pachirisu, only with 250% more AWESOME. (The evolution is tricky, and it involves mountain dew. XD )
What he's nomming on there is a rare candy. So he's leveling up!
