Dusty's DnD Swordsmen

These were a gift from a coworker who was curious about DnD after he saw me reading one of the books on break, I think it was the Monster Manual. He seemed interested in it but didn't know where to start so I bought him both the Starters kit and Essentials Set for just around 25 bucks on Amazon and gave it to him for Xmas. We played a quick game, and he died horribly. ^_^; But he enjoyed it and as thanks he used his 3d printer to make some characters for me. I won't turn down a gift like that.
Sadly he is still learning how to properly use his printer and the figures he presented to me were not the best quality but I can still use them.
Shown here are a Ronin and two Sword Rangers. Sadly they don't seem to have any facial features and the hand on the left guy seems mangled. But maybe I can use the guy on the right to represent Ron in the future.
I was wondering about trying out 3d printing but after hearing how my friend is having trouble with these I think I'll avoid starting that hobby.
On the plus side, I converted another to the cause and we have an extra player for our games. ^_^

I know a guy on YouTube, his channel is called "Broken Terrain." He makes custom tabletop-gaming terrain for fairly inexpensive, using stuff you can pick up at any big-box hardware-concern and/or dollar-store. Though me... I'm not afraid to splurge on things like Citadel Paints and the Citadel Skulls kit.
Also go nice and slow. More outer layers and less infil(5% to 10%)
