Important notes:

He has electrokenesis, power over electricity/lightning, hence the light blue. He is the Lightning Elemental in the universe he's in, but you're welcome to change it up. He posses hyper awareness, super speed, strength, and stamina. He can also fly. He can survive in space. If he's angry enough, he has the capability to create massive thunderstorms with devastating power.

Things I don't want him used for: vore (not as a pred at least), homosexual relationships (he's happily married to his loving pitbull wife, Lupita.), mpreg, inflation, or nsfw (sex or anything related to it. Ecchi/Lewd stuff is one thing, i.e. butt squished, face in boobs, face sit... anything an anime might put in for comic relief)
