They’re extremely addictive, you literally cannot stop once you start eating, and will start to balloon out, gaining weight rapidly. The chocolate becomes like sticky Rubber Rocket goop, coating and spreading on the consumer, tfing them as it spreading until they are converted into a chocolately, very obese and loyal Rubber Rocket ready to serve the team. 😈💝🍫
Depends, tf is typically a random process but I suppose Ricky could mess with the formula so that those who eat this specific batch will become Rattata like him. There’s also the possibility that if the victim is willing, that with enough willpower, they can become Rubber Rattata as well possibly.
