he was once a normal anthro. but being in vietnam a mine claimed half his body, he happened to have survived and had the mechanics built for him by a close friend. if you remove his face mechanics you will see some nasty scars and a bit of his brain. he must have the mechanics on or he will die. its like his life support system.
