You would have to ask
reptek, they're his characters. But you can use this endo trope in your RP's, with your own characters!

Sure! I have a few; get inspired!! Look at art you love! Draw things that excite you, be absolutely self indulgent. Draw for yourself! Look at references. Refs are an extremely important part of learning how to draw things. Make an inspiration board/folder. Gather art that inspires you, art that you look at and think "i want to be able to do that". Study that art! Wanna draw water? Find artists who are good at drawing water and study their work to see how they create the illusion of water. Even better if they have made tutorials, livestream, or post process videos. Start noticing more in your day to day life. Notice how people walk, how the light creates shadows, the shapes and forms that make an animal look like that animal. If you can attend life drawing workshops, go to workshops. Draw from life, not just pictures. Photographs are useful! But cameras cannot capture real depth perception, and having bifocal vision really changes how we see objects. Look up tutorials. The etherington brothers have free tutorials for practically anything you could want to draw, take a look at their website! I also follow Proko & Marco Bucci on YouTube, they have many tutorials for free at all skill levels. I also recommend the YouTube show Drawfee! First of all theyre hilarious and make great art. Second, watching them draw can teach you a lot, and they have a second channel "drawee extra" where they have a Playlist of their "art class" livestreams. What else... dont draw things how you assume they look. A tree in your imagination is different than looking at an actual tree and noticing the shapes that make them up. Be patient, give yourself plenty of time and grace. Learning art can at times be slow and frustrating. But thats part of learning anything! Try drawing an apple from memory, then look up a picture of an apple (or better yet get a real apple and put it in front of you if you have one) and draw a simple version of that apple. Look at your 2nd apple drawing and the picture. Think about what makes the 2nd drawing more apple-like than the first, and what makes the 2nd drawing less apple-like than the picture. Draw the apple a 3rd time and see how much has changed just in those 3 drawings. You can apply this little exercise to anything you want to draw!
Don't overwhelm yourself!! Don't try to be perfect! Make messy drawings, drawings that you can delete and throw away. Don't be afraid to start over if something isnt going right. Start with what feels easy and manageable for you. If you get too intimidated by the complicated stuff to draw, you won't draw and won't get better! I've been guilty of doing that. Wanting to make something but I keep putting it off because I'm intimidated by learning it. Drawing ANYTHING is more important than drawing well. Practice making simple shapes, fill a page with circles, straight lines, squiggly lines, squares, triangles, blobby shapes, angular shapes, it will help your hand get used to and familiar with making the shapes that are the building blocks of drawings.
That's a lot of stuff so I hope I didnt overwhelm you, but I hope it helps! ^^ Don't take my word for gospel either. Ask other artists you like, learn from a variety of sources.

Wow! Thanks so much! I definitely would like to post more art and hopefully you can see it so you can give more pointers. I see that you really are passionate about art and I plan on using your advice to help out. I Will say this. I have come across some people that gave out overly harsh criticism and overwhelmed me with their criticism. So it was hard to get back to my older pieces that i've left have done.
