Yeah, been sleeping a lot lately. ~
Every now and again my mind has been going to darker, more insecure thoughts that barrel roll into becoming badly stressed with anxiety. ~
I do have a mental health team on the case, i'm on sedation in form of antipsychotics.
Plus Fibromyalgia and my various old injuries, chronic pain n' shit has been an issue too so sleeping is relief. I don't like wasting the day but sometimes its the only way.
Painkillers knock me out, and last 2-3 days i've been without my pain pills so been feeling shitty.
Woke up this morning after a horrible night terror, won't go into it, but it fucked me up so bad all i've wanted to do is hide underneath a duvet and watch bad TV shows.
The good side is that i'm healing from stress at home, my bf
has been helping me through things and even deal with how bad i've been feeling.
I've been away from social chats online and Chu's streams, I can't drag my turbulent mind into the fun til I feel i'm recovering properly.
Though, Chu and I still keep in touch, send videos and laugh about silly things. Its not much, but it means the world to me. <3
I'm sorry if i've been avoiding talking, being quiet or if it feels like i'm ignoring you, I don't mean to at all. I'm trying to give myself some time to patch up, hoping my mind stops beating me up.
Mental Illness isn't a joke or is a thing to be taken lightly. My mind has been through hell and back but i'm trying so hard to be a better person, a stronger man for those I love.
If I do seem short with you if we do talk, i'm sorry, I really am. I'm really trying to sort my shit out and not pull others down with me.
