Commission by  Rosty potato this is Ciel from the Megaman Zero series after bonding with DNA of Dragoon from Beyblade, and here's the backstory to how and why: when Dr. Ciel was attacked by Serpent, she was badly injured. In order to save herself, she used DNA from Dragoon along with data from Zero's Erase form, Cyber Elf enhancements, and EX Skills to transform herself into Ciel Dragoon to escape. She now seeks me, HyperDragoonHx, the very Fusion Bit-Beast she created, to make sure I'm ok. Equipped with both Dragoon's and Zero's powers, she can use powerful claw and tornado attacks. Her claw attacks can erase enemy projectiles, she has the EX Skills of Sage Harpuia (with the Thunder element), Fighting Fefnir, and Fairy Leviathan, and thanks to Cyber Elf enhancements, can heal not only herself, but others around her, fire four buster shots in a row, do a rolling slash, and a triple slash with the attack wave in the third slash being the normal version of Harpuia's EX Skill, and so much more.
