Here is Timothy the Dewott.
He lives in the Capital of the Pokemon part of Mystopia where along with his sister Tipani works very popular hotel/item shop running the item shop part of it. He is kind of a slacker who has a thing for one of the the Woolsworth sisters where he uses the shop after hours, the park, his bedroom, her bedroom, and pretty much anywhere "to get to know her better". His shirt was made by the Woolsworth Sisters as well as all clothing in the kingdom.
