From a Halloween a long long time ago I had the opportunity to get my character dressed up in a costume of my choice. So I figured, why not a riot officer? Umbreons, especially the shiny ones, just have a natural knack for the police aesthetic and I knew I had to get at least one picture of Rygone dressed up like that.
